These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ROBENCH website and any purchase made through our online store.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any rights you may have under applicable Israeli consumer protection law.

ROBENCH operates an online store offering fitness and gym-related products, including the ROBENCH Performance Bench Cover.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at the time of purchase.
The final price payable will be displayed before the order is submitted.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or technical errors, subject to applicable law.
5. Orders
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email or through another contact method provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing caused by a technical error, inability to fulfill the order, or incorrect customer information.
If ROBENCH cancels an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
6. Initial Launch Orders
During ROBENCH's initial launch, orders may be placed before our first local inventory arrives.
Launch orders will be fulfilled from our incoming inventory and may therefore require an extended delivery period.
Delivery of initial launch orders may take up to 35 business days from the date of purchase.
This timeframe includes initial inventory preparation, international transportation, processing, and local delivery.
Once regular local inventory is available, the standard delivery timeframe displayed on our website will apply.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation, refund, or other rights available to consumers under applicable Israeli law.
7. Shipping and Delivery
ROBENCH currently ships within Israel.
Shipping methods, applicable charges, and relevant delivery information will be displayed on the website or during checkout where applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Delivery times may be affected by the destination, shipping provider, holidays, periods of unusually high demand, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where an order is subject to our Initial Launch delivery period, the timeframe described in Section 6 applies.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to a customer where an order is not supplied within the applicable timeframe.
8. 30-Day Returns
In addition to any mandatory rights available under applicable law, ROBENCH offers a voluntary 30-day return period.
A return request under this voluntary policy may be submitted within 30 days from the date the product is delivered.
Products may be opened and reasonably tried. However, to qualify under ROBENCH's voluntary 30-day return policy, the product must be returned in good condition and must not show damage, excessive wear, significant stains, persistent odors, alterations, or signs of misuse.
Normal inspection or reasonable trial of the product does not automatically disqualify a return under this voluntary policy.
Customers requesting a return under this voluntary policy are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
ROBENCH does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns under this voluntary policy.

This voluntary 30-day return policy does not replace, restrict, or reduce any cancellation or return rights available under applicable Israeli law.
9. Refunds
Once a returned product is received, we may inspect it to determine whether it meets the conditions of ROBENCH's voluntary return policy.
If the return is approved, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method where reasonably possible.
Processing times after a refund has been issued may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Original delivery charges, where applicable, may not be refundable under ROBENCH's voluntary return policy unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Any refund rights and statutory refund deadlines required by applicable Israeli law remain unaffected by this policy.
10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, materially different from what was ordered, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

Cases involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-conforming products will be handled separately from ordinary voluntary returns and in accordance with applicable law.
Where applicable law requires ROBENCH to bear return or collection costs in such circumstances, the customer will not be required to bear those costs.
11. Statutory Cancellation Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict, or replace any mandatory rights provided to consumers under Israeli law.
Where a customer has a statutory right to cancel a distance-sale transaction, the applicable statutory cancellation period, refund requirements, fees, return obligations, and exceptions will apply.
Where ROBENCH's voluntary return policy provides a customer with more favorable rights than the minimum rights required by law, the voluntary policy may apply in addition to those statutory rights.
